"Vinnie was really great to deal with. He was running a bit late due to a prior customer so he sent a text to advise us. He arrived within 4 minutes of the appointment time! The installation of our Mantel Mount was pretty complicated and due to the layout of outlets and the beam under our stone fireplace, it became obvious that there were issues. He warned us that it might be impossible to install our mount. But he called the manufacturer's tech support line and they figured it out. After finishing the installation, he hung on the mount to show us how secure our TV will be. He had covered the areas with padding and he cleaned up before he left. We would highly recommend Upstate Tech Services. It was a pleasure dealing with Vinnie. Very friendly and very professional!"

"Recently purchased a home and found we inherited a broken HDMI cable that was routed around a fireplace and under a corner onto an adjacent wall.  Has an electrician take a look who gave us a significant quote to cut out all the drywall and reroute saying that was the only option.

We called Upstate Tech hoping for an alternative and Vinny and Chris arrived right in time exactly as promised. They were able to route 2 new HDMI cables without any cutting or demolition and did so for a very fair price.

Cannot recommend them strongly enough and we will be calling them back out for a camera system install soon.  They are top notch.
